This is my own project I have completed for a friend of mine - a professional musician. Besides Solo Pro parts this instrument is loaded with high-end features: Gotoh machine heads with adjustable tension, Leo Quan Badass bridge, vintage-voiced Fender Custom Shop pickups, CTS pots, Orangedrop cap, Switchcraft jack - now as close to the top-notch pro axe as it gets.

Vintage style Walnut "skunk" stripe on the back of 1pc Maple neck. The shine is removed from the back of the neck to get rid of that "sticky" feel. Beautiful Vintage White finish.

Another Solo Custom Shop project: only the highest quality components Made in Japan (Neck, Body, all Gotoh hardware). Amazing Evans pickups (fully humbucking, with the true crisp and clear single-coil sound). The unique feature of this guitar is the string nut and string retainer – they are made of Vera wood, which is much harder than Ebony and is always self-lubricated; unlike GraphTech’s products it is a LIVE thing, not a synthetic surrogate, richly contributing to the voice of the guitar while helping it to stay perfectly in tune (can’t do it with a bone nut).

A little lizard has crawled from the laser engraver…

This Tele Style guitar is built from Solo TCK-1 Guitar Kit by Philippe Chevrier who has displayed some unexpected creativity: "I tried to recycle old metal parts to make the hardware... the control plate and pickguard are from a sheet of rusted scrap metal, the neck plate's from an old lawnmower blade and the jack input is an alluminium serial # plate from an old car that was rotting in the woods..." .
